2023 Presidency: Group says Amaechi  is best choice

A group of youths going by the name Unity House Foundation has stated that the Minister for Transportation,  Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi  is the best candidate for the race to succeed President  Muhammadu Buhari as president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria  come 2023 general elections. 


The group on Saturday embarked on a street  procession to draw awareness to their call that Mr.  Amaechi is the former governor of Rivers State should join the 2023 presidential race under the platform of the All Progressive Congress APC.

National President of the Unity House Foundation, Mr.  Chima Onuoha George told the Nation Newspaper after their street procession that they are basically  demanding that Amaechi should contest for the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria  come 2023.

He gave his reasons for the call saying “We know that he has the capacity and experiences from being a Speaker of the Rivers state house of Assembly  for eight years and the speaker of all Speakers of states Assembly in Nigeria; to being a governor  for eight years in Rivers State  and the chairman of all governors in Nigeria to currently  being a Minister of the  Federal government  for about  7years going to 8years.”


“He was the Director  General of President  Buhari campaign organization for 2 terms. And as a serving  Minister he is  outstanding in his track record of performance”.The group maintained that Amaechi is the best and eminently qualify to be president of Nigeria. 


He also cited some track record of achievements credited to  Amaechi as the former governor of Rivers State disclosing that the  groups network of supporters and executives across states in Nigeria. 


The procession in Cross River State was joined by some other members  of the Unity House Foundation group  from Rivers State and Akwa Ibom State.
