“I have come to interpret dreams of gov Ayade, his predecessors” say guber aspirant

As more aspirants continue to declare their ambition to succeed Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State, Chief Ogbang Ebock has given reasons why he has joined the frey.
Speaking at the weekend when he hosted some stakeholders at his residence in Calabar, Chief Ogbang Ebock said “I have come to interpret and actualize the dreams of all other regimes in the state since 1999”.
He said he has “watched and accessed all major policy decisions in the state that have resulted to inspire growth and development as each successive regime has a blue print that s intended to be catalyst for development in our State .These regimes have tried to purse their dreams with great effort hoping to attain the desired results where our people would be happy”.


“There are however, structural problems that have retarded or impeded these noble efforts by previous regimes in the state. Let me state here clearly that I have the right disposition to abridge and consolidate all these blue prints into a perfect policy direction of consolidation that will become my mantra, christened –“the bridge”- the vision beater of a new regime invite state under my leadership, if given the mandate to harness every available resources to make our State experience greatness as never before.”
He said the effort of the administration led by the incumbent, Governor Ben Ayade deserves commendation for laying the foundation for the industrialization of our State to gain the status of an industrial hub in Nigeria and in West Africa sub-region.
Adding, “today we can talk of the Cocoa factory in Ikom, Rice Mill factory in Ogoja, Germent factory and Calachika factory in Calabar among others. My opinion of this is that this is a good start for the State and it is my dream to make them functional and more productive for their benefits to be felt by all”.
He assured that he has the zeal and passion to serve and make the state the paradise of our dream to be a reality.
