Leader O.O Obu condoles families of Bikers’ carnival tragedy

The Leader of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (BCS), His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, the King of kings and the Lord of lords has condoled with families of those who lost their loved ones or suffered various degree of injuries during the accident which ,s in Calabar on the day of the Bikers’ Carnival.
A statement made available to newsmen from the office of the Spokesman of the BCS, Patriarch, Christ Shepherd Amah M. Williams, states that the King received with deep concern and sympathy, the news of the tragic incident of that resulted in the loss of lives and several others injured during the Calabar Bikers’ Carnival.

“It is a deep tragedy beyond comprehension for those involved.”
The Spokesman said, “His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu therefore extends His Perfect Peace that calms every situation to the friends and families of the victim and heartfelt condolence to the Government and good people of Cross River State. He has assured Nigeria and the People of Cross River State of God’s divine protection and provision as the challenges being faced today in the country shall all pass away.”
He urged Nigerians to continue to live in peace and love especially as the entire Christendom celebrate the birth of Christ on whose shoulders mankind rode to salvation.

He noted that “for more than six decades, Calabar has hosted Brotherhood of the Cross and Star and all our activities. Therefore, together with the Government of Cross River State, the Calabar Community and the good people of Cross River State, the thoughts and prayers of all members of BCS are with the victims and the injured.”

“His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu would continue to support efforts to stabilize those affected and their families. May the peace and blessings of the Holy Father, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, abide continually with all now and forevermore. Amen!” the statement concludes.
